It was the day of the rehearsal dinner and since the chateau was so far from the city, we didn't have many plans. We hung out at the house for a while and Fox had a blast playing soccer with one of the other guests, who was a former soccer coach and made it his mission to teach Fox soccer.
We took one of the rental vans in the afternoon and drove to the nearby town and rented this bike. We thought this was going to be a breeze, but it was actually hard work...or maybe we are just out of shape!
We rode around this gorgeous park and it couldn't have been more beautiful!
We went back to the chateau later that afternoon where everyone was arriving for the rehearsal dinner. Fox loved this hammock in the backyard, so we played a lot on it.
Rob thought he was being so artsy by taking my picture while I was taking their picture...haha!
Fox finally got company and had another kid to play with, he was in heaven!
The dinner was catered and I have to say, I'm not a fan of french food. I think I mostly ate rolls for dinner...and yes, I am a picky eater!
It was great that the rehearsal dinner was at the chateau we were staying at, so I could take Fox to bed when he got tired!
Coming up next: A truly magical wedding!
