My Once Upon a Time...

My favorite pictures of the year...Santa pictures! I booked this session months ago and couldn't wait for it, because it was so magical last year! She always starts out with the kids just sitting on the couch before Santa sneaks up behind them! Last year, he got a little scared when he realized that Santa was behind him, but this year he just turned around and smiled, maybe he remembered what was going to happen from last year and anticipated it. Decorating the tree with Santa. Finn was not sure what to think about the old man, I was kind of hoping for a pouty lip, but he was totally unimpressed. Right before he spit up on Santa! These are the only pictures every year that Katie not only takes voluntarily but also WANTS to take. Must be something about wearing jammies. I can not believe there are four people in this picture! Truly a dream come true for me and one of those "Holy shit, I have two kids!" kind of moments! I can't believe how smily Mr. Finn was for these pictures. I'm telling you, our photographer is magic! She texted me this sneak peak picture late that night and I love it so much, I already blew it up for our family wall and had it printed on my credit card. I mean, look at these kids...how freaking lucky am I? Snowball Fight! Fox was all about it! We started out the season with "Christmas at the Princess", one of our favorite Christmas traditions! This time we met up with a couple of our friends for their opening night and it was a blast! Grumpy little elf Writing their letters to Santa. Fox asked for a guitar and drew one on his letter, he did really good, I wish I would've snapped a picture of it! I love this picture! These kids have known each other since they were itty bitty, Fox was about two months old when we had our first playdate.  Fox was super excited to do s'mores. He usually can't have any because he is allergic to regular marshmallows and also has a dairy allergy, so I prepared and brought some vegan marshmallows and chocolate for him and he was so happy.
