My Once Upon a Time...

15 weeks old!

This series should seriously be renamed Fox in 2014! When he turns one, it's safe to say that we documented each and every day of his first year! Day 232 Everything goes in his mouth these days. Day 233 Our first walk in his "big boy" stroller. We used a bassinet before which he hated, so we decided to try the seat and what do you know...he LOVED it! It was also our first walk outside, the AZ heat decided to give us a break and it was a "refreshing" 94 degrees...lol Day 234 Napping in his car seat after music class, it wipes him out every single week. Day 235   No one can make him laugh as much as Katie! Day 236 A visit with grandma and grandpa. That's Katie's dad he is laughing at, he thinks he's hilarious. I know he's only three months old, but this kid already knows who he likes and who he doesn't like. It's always the same people he cries for and Grandpa is definitely one of the people he adore...

14 weeks old! I'm sorry for the picture overload, but I just couldn't decide, I just love them all!

One year ago today, we were full of hope, worries and excitement.  One year ago today, this little love bug was a 5-day old embryo that was transferred into my uterus where he would make a home for the next nine months.  Here I am, one year ago, right after the embryo transfer! It's amazing, how a ball of cells can become this amazing little guy that we love more than we could've ever imagined.  Today, I'm feeling very sentimental thinking about this day.  I look at this beautiful baby and I'm so grateful to our amazing doctor and Katie. It was the end of a long, emotional journey and it ended just as it was supposed to be. We're truly blessed!

Day 225 Joelle's Birthday Lunch with the Office Day 226 I can literally do whatever I want with this kid and he will always give me a smile, even if I put him in a basket! Day 227 He already knows that Mommy is the funniest person ever! Day 228 Fox thinks the baby in the mirror is pretty handsome...I totally agree! Day 229 Brunch with some mommies and their babies!  Day 230 He LOVES when Katie tells him "secrets", it's hilarious! Day 231 Not sure what he is thinking, this shark is pretty scary looking, but if he's anything like his mommy, he will love shark week too!

One of my new mommy friends told me about a Music class she and her daughter attend and invited us to join.  Since I go swimming with Fox, Katie wanted to do some one on one time with Fox as well and decided to sign up. I joined them for the first class to check it out, but now use those hours to get some productive work done at the office...ha! Katie and Fox both love it, as you can see in the pictures below.  The parachute is his favorite! This picture cracks me up!
