Fox | 46 weeks

46 weeks old!

I apologize for the picture overload this week, but I just can't get enough of this little guy and I want to make sure all of these pictures end up in my blog book! :)
 

 

 

 

Big Honey figured out how much fun it is to empty out the bookshelf in his playroom. He was so proud of himself when he was done and honestly, I was kind of proud of him too (I'm sure that'll pass when he continues to do this for the next year or two! ;))!

Big boy standing by himself! He also took his first steps this week and this Mama was proud and sad at the time. I just want him to stay little a little longer!

Fox's 1st Easter Basket
 

 
We got him some Yoghurt Melts, a new swim diaper, a few books, bath toys and a bunny sippy cup. 

 

 

 

 

The following pictures document his reaction to Grandma's video, that she recorded for him a few months ago when he was sick. She is singing a special song for him and he has loved it from day 1. So whenever I can't get him to smile, I play the video and his reaction is always the same...so sweet! He loves Grandma Sandie!

The rest of our July in pictures! Movie date with the boys! I took Finn and his best friend to the Aquarium one day, while Fox was at the allergist with Katie. They both had a blast. Trying to touch the sting rays... Sweet brotherly moment at a play place. One of my patients made this for me, and it made my day. It's now hanging from the mirror in my car, as a reminder how fragile life is. This kid kills me with his watermelons. He always wants to buy them, so he can help me cut them, but then won't eat them. When I pointed this out to him, he simply replied that I could take the watermelon to my co-workers again because they love it when I do.  Fox told me he is allergic to Goodwill and puts on this big act whenever I make them go. His throat starts to be itchy and he can't breathe. We might have to get him tested again...hahaha. We visited a lot of play places this summer to stay out of the heat. This was at a library and the kids played with this lite-brite forever. Finn...

August iPhone dump

Some moments from my August... Coffee treats during busy shifts! Fox had a pool playdate with some friends. First day of middle school! Unfortunately I had to work and couldn't send him off that day, but my favorite co-parent came through with some pictures from the bus stop. Found a bunch of these selfies on my phone haha. On the way to school one morning, middle school is rough apparently. A quick brunch with friends to celebrate the end of summer break! My sweet friend Nikki gave me this bucket full of beautiful dresses that she had outgrown. A lot of them still had tags on them! Dinner date with the boys, they preferred playing a game together instead of talking to me...haha! Homework struggles have begun again! Sweet treats after school while we wait for Finn to get off the bus. Unfortunately their buses arrive an hour apart from each other, so we have a lot of waiting around because the bus stop is too far from my house.  He was helping me make schnitzel!
