  1. I'm loving this point in my pregnancy, I don't feel sick anymore, am not too big yet and generally don't have anything physical to complain about. I even have to remind myself that I'm pregnant sometimes.

You are being very good staying off soda, I'm allowing myself a can a day, so much better than my pepsi max addiction before falling pregnant.
I remember you writing about avoiding lunch meats...while I was in Germany last week I basically lived of salami bread rolls(oh how I miss German bread rolls!) and my friend was shocked to see that.
The advice in Germany is similar to the US in that you should avoid most lunch meats, I did some research and the UK health system(and my midwifes) don't advice against it, they even point out that other countries do, but not enough proof has been found that it's dangerous, so I'm living on the edge with my turkey or salami sandwiches ;-)

  3. 21 weeks already! I feel like your pregnancy is going so fast and look at that beautiful belly! Are you going to share pictures of your progress with the nursery or wait until it's finished for the big reveal? I'm so excited to see it. :)

    1. Thank you! At this point, we'll probably wait until it's finished...totally embarrassing, but we're almost done...haha! It looks awesome and we're both really excited about it! (Although, Katie's 23-year old brother commented that it was a bit girly, so we're working on making it more boyish...lol)

July iPhone dump

The rest of our July in pictures! Movie date with the boys! I took Finn and his best friend to the Aquarium one day, while Fox was at the allergist with Katie. They both had a blast. Trying to touch the sting rays... Sweet brotherly moment at a play place. One of my patients made this for me, and it made my day. It's now hanging from the mirror in my car, as a reminder how fragile life is. This kid kills me with his watermelons. He always wants to buy them, so he can help me cut them, but then won't eat them. When I pointed this out to him, he simply replied that I could take the watermelon to my co-workers again because they love it when I do.  Fox told me he is allergic to Goodwill and puts on this big act whenever I make them go. His throat starts to be itchy and he can't breathe. We might have to get him tested again...hahaha. We visited a lot of play places this summer to stay out of the heat. This was at a library and the kids played with this lite-brite forever. Finn...

April phone dump

Some more pictures of our April. He's my bed hog, but I love sharing the bed with him and the way he comes find me in his sleep to snuggle up to me. Work Crew! Easter Preparations...it took me a solid hour to fill all the eggs. Finn chipped his permanent front tooth, and had to get it fixed. He was so brave. I tried to hold his hand to let him know I was there, and he kept giving me a thumbs up. Reading in bed with them is my favorite. We went to play mini golf, and it was an absolutely shit show. Just look at Finn in the background, he was on fire on this day. That's his "cool face". Not pictured are all the times he melted down because he wasn't "good enough". I really need to stop playing this game with him, because it happens every single time...haha.  Book Club! I wasn't a fan of the book, but it was great getting out and talking about books with other readers. He got into kinetic sand for a few weeks, and I felt like my floors were covered in s...
