Katie & Nadine in 2014: Week 4

Day 22
It never gets old to see our little boy on the ultrasound screen! This is a terrible picture, but I'm not complaining...after all, our doctor does every ultrasound for free! 

Es wird nie langweilig unseren kleinen Mann auf dem Ultraschall zu sehen. Das Foto ist nicht so berauschend, aber ich will mich nicht beschweren...unser Arzt macht alle unsere Ultraschalluntersuchungen umsonst! 


Day 23
I sold another wreath on Etsy! Katie gets so excited when we have to go to Hobby Lobby three days in a row to get more supplies (yeah right!). 

Ich habe einen weiteren Kranz auf Etsy verkauft! Katie freut sich immer so, wenn wir drei Tage hintereinander in den Bastelladen muessen, um Materialien zu kaufen (Scherz!). 


Day 24

Day 25
Finishing our baby registry...

Wir haben unsere Baby Registry fertig gestellt...
...followed by a visit to the Botanical Garden!

...und haben dann den botanischen Garten besucht! 


Day 26
Late Christmas Celebration with Katie's Family, where Baby J got spoiled! 

Ein spaetes Weihnachtsfest mit Katie's Familie...Baby J wurde verwoehnt!


Day 27
Lunch break at home with temperatures in the high 70's...I love AZ! 

Mittagspause zuhause, mit Temperaturen ueber 25 Grad...Ich liebe AZ!


Day 28
25 weeks (and 4 days) pregnant!

25 Wochen (und 4 Tage) schwanger!

The rest of our July in pictures! Movie date with the boys! I took Finn and his best friend to the Aquarium one day, while Fox was at the allergist with Katie. They both had a blast. Trying to touch the sting rays... Sweet brotherly moment at a play place. One of my patients made this for me, and it made my day. It's now hanging from the mirror in my car, as a reminder how fragile life is. This kid kills me with his watermelons. He always wants to buy them, so he can help me cut them, but then won't eat them. When I pointed this out to him, he simply replied that I could take the watermelon to my co-workers again because they love it when I do.  Fox told me he is allergic to Goodwill and puts on this big act whenever I make them go. His throat starts to be itchy and he can't breathe. We might have to get him tested again...hahaha. We visited a lot of play places this summer to stay out of the heat. This was at a library and the kids played with this lite-brite forever. Finn...

August iPhone dump

Some moments from my August... Coffee treats during busy shifts! Fox had a pool playdate with some friends. First day of middle school! Unfortunately I had to work and couldn't send him off that day, but my favorite co-parent came through with some pictures from the bus stop. Found a bunch of these selfies on my phone haha. On the way to school one morning, middle school is rough apparently. A quick brunch with friends to celebrate the end of summer break! My sweet friend Nikki gave me this bucket full of beautiful dresses that she had outgrown. A lot of them still had tags on them! Dinner date with the boys, they preferred playing a game together instead of talking to me...haha! Homework struggles have begun again! Sweet treats after school while we wait for Finn to get off the bus. Unfortunately their buses arrive an hour apart from each other, so we have a lot of waiting around because the bus stop is too far from my house.  He was helping me make schnitzel! We watched Bad guys ...
