Wimbledon - Kind of

One night after work, Ashlie, Katie and I went to play tennis in a nearby park. This was my second time playing, Ashlie and Katie on the other hand were pros (at least in my opinion) and made me run for my money. It was a lot of fun though and I hope we can make it a weekly thing. 

Eines Abends nach der Arbeit spielten Ashlie, Katie und ich Tennis in einem nahe gelegenen Park. Dies war mein zweites Mal, Ashlie und Katie auf der anderen Seite waren Profis (zumindest meiner Meinung nach) und haben mich schoen rennen lassen. Wir hatten viel Spass und ich hoffe, dass wir nun oefters Tennis spielen gehen.

    I haven't played tennis in ages... Your session looks like a lot of fun, though.

The rest of our July in pictures! Movie date with the boys! I took Finn and his best friend to the Aquarium one day, while Fox was at the allergist with Katie. They both had a blast. Trying to touch the sting rays... Sweet brotherly moment at a play place. One of my patients made this for me, and it made my day. He always wants to buy them, so he can help me cut them, but then won't eat them. August iPhone dump

A few of my favorite moments from August! Meet the teacher for the boys! I received this picture from Katie's wife, such a sweet bond they have. I'm also loving how his pajamas are inside out...haha. Walter came back to spend a few days with us! We watched him last summer, and the boys kept talking about him, so we were all so excited when his mom asked us to watch him for a few days. Notice Finn pouting. He was upset that Walter "only pays attention to Fox". So many big emotions in such a tiny body. Mr. Cool Guy at his dentist check up and teeth cleaning! I was trying to get some work done in my office, but this guy needed some attention. Finn made a bed for them, so they could sleep together. March iPhone dump

A look back at the month of March! Fox and I had a few hours to ourselves while Finn was at a birthday party, and he wanted to go shopping at Target and get some Starbucks. Sounds like my kind of date! This is where you can find him most days, playing games with his friends online, while simultaneously being on facetime with them. When did he get so big? Family game night outside! My sour patch kid. He told me he will still cuddle with me until he is 42...haha! I've been having a really hard time sharing parenting time lately. It kills me every time when I have to drop them off every other week for a stretch of five days, and I have been getting anxiety attacks. I know they are well taken care of, I know they have fun there and don't even think about me, but it still sucks.
