Caribbean Cruise Day 4: St. Marteen

Our first stop was St. Marteen in the Caribbean!

Katie had booked a snorkeling expedition for all of us, and we were waiting to get on the boat.

It was hot and humid, and that's how Fox felt about it...haha!

Luckily no one got sea sick.

The guide found an urchin and let us hold it!

We snorkeled for a little while and then were dropped off at a beach, where Katie and Fox rented some small jet skis, and Finn and I played in the water.

He had the time of his life, it was so fun to watch him.

Back on the boat with this cool guy.

We barely had time to shower before it was our dinner time. Fox's favorite food is steak and he had one every single night, he was in heaven.

After dinner we took a little walk through central park and around the ship.

We ran into Grandma Nene!

They had a "silent disco" set up on the board walk, where everyone got their own pair of headphones and we could choose between three different channels. It was super fun watching all the people and kids dance to their own music, that no one else could hear.

We watched a show every night before bed, but I don't think I took any pictures. There was the Wizard of Oz, a magic show, a water show, an ice skating show and so much more. I was usually worn out at the end of the night!

July iPhone dump

The rest of our July in pictures! Movie date with the boys! I took Finn and his best friend to the Aquarium one day, while Fox was at the allergist with Katie. They both had a blast. Trying to touch the sting rays... Sweet brotherly moment at a play place. One of my patients made this for me, and it made my day. It's now hanging from the mirror in my car, as a reminder how fragile life is. This kid kills me with his watermelons. He always wants to buy them, so he can help me cut them, but then won't eat them. When I pointed this out to him, he simply replied that I could take the watermelon to my co-workers again because they love it when I do. Fox told me he is allergic to Goodwill and puts on this big act whenever I make them go. His throat starts to be itchy and he can't breathe. We might have to get him tested again...hahaha. We visited a lot of play places this summer to stay out of the heat. This was at a library and the kids played with this lite-brite forever. Finn...

April phone dump

Some more pictures of our April. He's my bed hog, but I love sharing the bed with him and the way he comes find me in his sleep to snuggle up to me. Work Crew! Easter Preparations...it took me a solid hour to fill all the eggs. Finn chipped his permanent front tooth, and had to get it fixed. He was so brave. I tried to hold his hand to let him know I was there, and he kept giving me a thumbs up. Reading in bed with them is my favorite. We went to play mini golf, and it was an absolutely shit show. Just look at Finn in the background, he was on fire on this day. That's his "cool face". Not pictured are all the times he melted down because he wasn't "good enough". I really need to stop playing this game with him, because it happens every single time...haha. Book Club! I wasn't a fan of the book, but it was great getting out and talking about books with other readers. He got into kinetic sand for a few weeks, and I felt like my floors were covered in s...
