Fox, Katie & Nadine in 2016: Week 27

Day 183

They cut some of the tile in our kitchen where our new downdraft for the island is going to go, so we marked the space with our hand prints before they will replace the tiles!

Day 184

We went to a 4th of July Celebration with Katie's family where they had a lot of carnival rides and bounce houses for Fox...he was in heaven!

Day 185

This day was actually July 3rd, but we celebrated the 4th early with a BBQ and some family time!

4th of July Pool Party with our friends, we had so much fun!

These two are my whole life! This smile resulted in Fox asking us if we could go to the trampoline park and we said yes! It's his happy place! :)

Hannah took Fox to meet Peter Pan and Tinkerbell! He couldn't believe his eyes!

July iPhone dump

The rest of our July in pictures! Movie date with the boys! I took Finn and his best friend to the Aquarium one day, while Fox was at the allergist with Katie. They both had a blast. Trying to touch the sting rays... Sweet brotherly moment at a play place. One of my patients made this for me, and it made my day. It's now hanging from the mirror in my car, as a reminder how fragile life is. This kid kills me with his watermelons. He always wants to buy them, so he can help me cut them, but then won't eat them. When I pointed this out to him, he simply replied that I could take the watermelon to my co-workers again because they love it when I do. Fox told me he is allergic to Goodwill and puts on this big act whenever I make them go. His throat starts to be itchy and he can't breathe. We might have to get him tested again...hahaha. We visited a lot of play places this summer to stay out of the heat. This was at a library and the kids played with this lite-brite forever. Finn...

April phone dump

Some more pictures of our April. He's my bed hog, but I love sharing the bed with him and the way he comes find me in his sleep to snuggle up to me. Work Crew! Easter Preparations...it took me a solid hour to fill all the eggs. Finn chipped his permanent front tooth, and had to get it fixed. He was so brave. I tried to hold his hand to let him know I was there, and he kept giving me a thumbs up. Reading in bed with them is my favorite. We went to play mini golf, and it was an absolutely shit show. Just look at Finn in the background, he was on fire on this day. That's his "cool face". Not pictured are all the times he melted down because he wasn't "good enough". I really need to stop playing this game with him, because it happens every single time...haha. Book Club! I wasn't a fan of the book, but it was great getting out and talking about books with other readers. He got into kinetic sand for a few weeks, and I felt like my floors were covered in s...
