May iPhone dump

Some pictures to round up on our May!
I got this sweet birthday card from my supervisors and director and it made my day.

Playdates with friends!

I took the boys to the Home Show to visit Katie.

Aunt Bri photo bombed their picture!

Dentist vibes!

We had a fun dinner and swim date with my friend Lindsay and her kids. These two jumped in the pool fully dressed! I loved seeing how well they got along.

Finn's Mother's Day Project from school, always funny!

They had a cute Mother's Day celebration at school where they served us moms with muffins and coffee, and presented a little poem.

My friend Jessica posted this about our random Goodwill date, and I loved her words.
For my birthday, I wanted to have a little brunch with my friends, and it was such a perfect morning with my favorite people. Add a baby in the mix, and I was in heaven!

Proud mom moment, and this needs a permanent spot for my memories. Fox has worked so incredibly hard this year, I was so worried about him transitioning into middle school last summer, but he absolutely killed it. Not only did he end 6th grade with straight A’s, he was also one of 9 kids (out of 160) to receive this award from his favorite teacher. While I’m very proud of his grades and hard work, I always tell him that it’s most important to me that he is kind.

Finn and I went to Target, and he said "Can I please buy this for Aria's mom (my friend Lindsay), she loves Alien ducks. Sweet boy!

He received a summer work packet from school before summer, and immediately went to work!

Fox wanted to celebrate his 12th birthday with his three best friends with Indoor Cart Racing, Laser Tag, and VR. He had so much fun.

Family date night!

You turn around for a moment, and this is what you come back to. This guy keeps me on my toes!

Pool season has begun!

The boys built a fort one morning, I love when they play together.

Fox wants In n Out at least once a week, the funny thing is that he only has a plain grilled cheese there and fries.

And that wraps up the month of May!

July iPhone dump

The rest of our July in pictures! Movie date with the boys! I took Finn and his best friend to the Aquarium one day, while Fox was at the allergist with Katie. They both had a blast. Trying to touch the sting rays... Sweet brotherly moment at a play place. One of my patients made this for me, and it made my day. It's now hanging from the mirror in my car, as a reminder how fragile life is. This kid kills me with his watermelons. He always wants to buy them, so he can help me cut them, but then won't eat them. When I pointed this out to him, he simply replied that I could take the watermelon to my co-workers again because they love it when I do.  Fox told me he is allergic to Goodwill and puts on this big act whenever I make them go. His throat starts to be itchy and he can't breathe. We might have to get him tested again...hahaha. We visited a lot of play places this summer to stay out of the heat. This was at a library and the kids played with this lite-brite forever. Finn...

April phone dump

Some more pictures of our April. He's my bed hog, but I love sharing the bed with him and the way he comes find me in his sleep to snuggle up to me. Work Crew! Easter Preparations...it took me a solid hour to fill all the eggs. Finn chipped his permanent front tooth, and had to get it fixed. He was so brave. I tried to hold his hand to let him know I was there, and he kept giving me a thumbs up. Reading in bed with them is my favorite. We went to play mini golf, and it was an absolutely shit show. Just look at Finn in the background, he was on fire on this day. That's his "cool face". Not pictured are all the times he melted down because he wasn't "good enough". I really need to stop playing this game with him, because it happens every single time...haha.  Book Club! I wasn't a fan of the book, but it was great getting out and talking about books with other readers. He got into kinetic sand for a few weeks, and I felt like my floors were covered in s...

We took some family pictures this fall!
