Zoolights

The hospital I work for always has a free employee night for Zoolights at the Phoenix Zoo, and each employee can bring up to four family members or friends. We've been going for years, and I'm really happy I don't have to pay for it anymore haha.

Finn was in a sour mood and did not want to take any pictures with us!



After I got some food in the kid, he was much better!



Finn's favorite part was the swag area, where certain team members could get a duffle bag, compression socks, popcorn, and hot cocoa. We all had a great time!

The rest of our July in pictures! Movie date with the boys! I took Finn and his best friend to the Aquarium one day, while Fox was at the allergist with Katie. They both had a blast. Trying to touch the sting rays... Sweet brotherly moment at a play place. One of my patients made this for me, and it made my day. He always wants to buy them, so he can help me cut them, but then won't eat them. March iPhone dump

A look back at the month of March! Fox and I had a few hours to ourselves while Finn was at a birthday party, and he wanted to go shopping at Target and get some Starbucks. Sounds like my kind of date! This is where you can find him most days, playing games with his friends online, while simultaneously being on facetime with them. When did he get so big? Family game night outside! My sour patch kid. He told me he will still cuddle with me until he is 42...haha! I've been having a really hard time sharing parenting time lately. It kills me every time when I have to drop them off every other week for a stretch of five days, and I have been getting anxiety attacks. I know they are well taken care of, I know they have fun there and don't even think about me, but it still sucks. Whenever I'm not with them, I'm at work, and I guess it's just been extra hard because I never had to be away from them as much as I have since becoming a nurse.  Fox brought this home from schoo...
