Fox, Katie & Nadine in 2016: Week 16

Day 106
We went to the Zoo with Fox's friend Lucy!

Day 107
Longest three hours of my life...going over kitchen remodeling plans and picking cabinets and countertops. And no, those are not the cabinets we picked. Katie loves this kind of stuff and has amazing design taste, so I pretty much let her choose whatever she wants. #HappyWifeHappyLife

Day 108
Fox woke up with a single red mark on his belly, which quickly developed into this. Two Urgent Care Visits later he was diagnosed with an amoxicillin Allergy (that he had to take because of an ear infection). We started benedryl, which didn't help at all, so after another visit at his regular doctor he was put on steroids. Which had terrible side effects. It's a week later and while most of the spots and the itching is gone, we are still dealing with some health issues and hope he'll be better soon!

Day 109
Fox loves to go out to eat. When we pulled up to the restaurant, he yelled: "Dinner, thank you Mommy, for driving!" It was so cute. He didn't want to have anything to do with us though and sat at his own table...haha.

Day 110
He insisted on putting this hat on.

Day 111
Fox's 3rd dentist visit! He had fun playing his first video game (Mario Cart) while we were waiting. The controller didn't work, but he thought he was really driving and made all kinds of "vroom vroom" sounds.
After he had seen three doctors within the last few days, he about had it and totally lost it when the dentist came in to check his teeth. Luckily, everything looked awesome and we also learned, that he is currently getting his back molars, so we'll have a few weeks (or months) of misery ahead.

Day 112
Love this kid! Reading books in our bed and cuddling each night before bedtime is my favorite part of the day!

  1. Fox is so adorable! I love reading about your week. You seem to have a lot going on in your daily life. I admire how well you have been juggling everything. My son also have allergies to some common medications. It can be very stressful when he gets sick. Remember that there is always something that they can give him to help!
