Day 134
The day my water broke. We were at the hospital walking up and down the halls to induce labor!

Der Tag, an dem meine Fruchtblase brach. Wir sind im Krankenhaus die Gaenge auf und ab gelaufen, um Wehen auszuloesen.

Day 139
Back at the hospital due to a spinal migraine causing vomiting and light sensitivity as a result of my epidural. They had to give me another epidural in order to do a blood patch in which they drew blood from my arm and injected it into my back. Rough day!

Ich musste zurueck ins Krankenhaus, weil ich in den letzten paar Tagen eine schreckliche Migraene von der PDA bekommen hatte, welche immer schlimmer wurde. Sie mussten mir noch eine PDA geben und haben mir dann Blut in den Ruecken gespritzt um das Problem zu beheben. Es war kein guter Tag!

Day 140
Apparently it takes 5 adults to take newborn pictures!

Anscheinend braucht man 5 Erwachsenene um Neugeborene-Fotos zu machen!

The rest of our July in pictures! Movie date with the boys! I took Finn and his best friend to the Aquarium one day, while Fox was at the allergist with Katie. They both had a blast. Trying to touch the sting rays... Sweet brotherly moment at a play place. One of my patients made this for me, and it made my day. It's now hanging from the mirror in my car, as a reminder how fragile life is. This kid kills me with his watermelons. He always wants to buy them, so he can help me cut them, but then won't eat them. When I pointed this out to him, he simply replied that I could take the watermelon to my co-workers again because they love it when I do.  Fox told me he is allergic to Goodwill and puts on this big act whenever I make them go. His throat starts to be itchy and he can't breathe. We might have to get him tested again...hahaha. We visited a lot of play places this summer to stay out of the heat. This was at a library and the kids played with this lite-brite forever. Finn...

April phone dump

Some more pictures of our April. He's my bed hog, but I love sharing the bed with him and the way he comes find me in his sleep to snuggle up to me. Work Crew! Easter Preparations...it took me a solid hour to fill all the eggs. Finn chipped his permanent front tooth, and had to get it fixed. He was so brave. I tried to hold his hand to let him know I was there, and he kept giving me a thumbs up. Reading in bed with them is my favorite. We went to play mini golf, and it was an absolutely shit show. Just look at Finn in the background, he was on fire on this day. That's his "cool face". Not pictured are all the times he melted down because he wasn't "good enough". I really need to stop playing this game with him, because it happens every single time...haha.  Book Club! I wasn't a fan of the book, but it was great getting out and talking about books with other readers. He got into kinetic sand for a few weeks, and I felt like my floors were covered in s...
