My Once Upon a Time...

 Day 64 Fox spent the day with grandpa and learned how to swing a golf club! Day 65    I know it's early, but it took me forever to finish this Christmas wreath...at least it's ready for next Christmas! Day 66   Mr. Cool Dude Day 67   On the Run! Day 68  This guy is moving like crazy these days. There is no stopping him. Crawling, pulling up and walking with a walker! So proud of him! Day 69   Mareike, one of my old au pairs, came into town and we met up with her for a little playdate! It was so good to see her again! Day 70  Dinner at Red Robin!

42 weeks old! Apparently the days of him laying on a blanket for his weekly pictures are over. This boy is on the move! We had a good run though. We'll see how the next ten weeks will go...expect lots of these kind of pictures!   Last week, we got free tickets to the Lego Fest through work, so Katie, Ashlie, Matthias, Fox and I went to check it out.     Yea, this kid is spoiled...we couldn't leave without stopping at the Lego Store to get him some blocks for his collection. He seems pleased with his selection.      The displays were awesome, all of them were made completely out of Legos!                     It was a fun afternoon!

Day 57   I finally refinished Fox's old rocking chair that was sitting in our garage for months! Fox loves it and always tries to climb up on it and smiles so big when I sit him on it.   Day 58   We bought a ball pit from a friend of ours and thought we had enough balls at home to fill it...turns out our ball pit is looking pretty pathetic so far, but Fox didn't mind. We'll get more balls this week!  Day 59   Zoo Trip with some german friends.   Day 60 Getting a little better at this crawling gig.  Day 61   It's time to baby proof, Fox is really getting into all kinds of drawers and cabinets now! He is so proud of himself!   Day 62   Proud Mama Moment...I taught him how to shake his head! He is very opinionated these days.  Day 63 Katie hard at Work!

Last weekend, our photographer took Fox's 9 Month Pictures. It's getting harder and harder to get a smile out of him or even have him sit still, but I think we got a few good ones.
