Blue Wash Trail

It had been five years since we've been on this trail, but we took advantage of the beautiful weather and even though neither of them wanted to go, they ended up having a blast.


I loved seeing them walk arm in arm and talk about who knows what the entire time.

They are blending right into the scenery!

I wasn't sure if we would find water since it had been so dry, but the "waterfall" did not disappoint.



This little guy absolutely loved exploring, it made my heart so happy.






It took us about two hours in total and we were all tired, but I had an amazing time, and I think they did too.

The rest of our July in pictures! Movie date with the boys! I took Finn and his best friend to the Aquarium one day, while Fox was at the allergist with Katie. They both had a blast. March iPhone dump

A look back at the month of March! Fox and I had a few hours to ourselves while Finn was at a birthday party, and he wanted to go shopping at Target and get some Starbucks. Sounds like my kind of date! This is where you can find him most days, playing games with his friends online, while simultaneously being on facetime with them. When did he get so big? Family game night outside! My sour patch kid. He told me he will still cuddle with me until he is 42...haha! I've been having a really hard time sharing parenting time lately. It kills me every time when I have to drop them off every other week for a stretch of five days, and I have been getting anxiety attacks. I know they are well taken care of, I know they have fun there and don't even think about me, but it still sucks. Whenever I'm not with them, I'm at work, and I guess it's just been extra hard because I never had to be away from them as much as I have since becoming a nurse.  Fox brought this home from schoo...
